VXLAN over Wirehub

I've used VXLANs to do OSPF routing over WireHub.
As Wireguard lacks L2 support and IPv6 link-local addresses, setting up the VXLAN network is a little annoying.
Having either link-local addresses for IPv6 or multicast available would make adding nodes much easier.

@fuero you could've just use BGP instead of OSPF :)
