Add ability to set number of rows in terminal (the rest being scrollback). Add optional red line between terminal and scrollback.

This would add support for applications where a specific num. of cols and rows are required, e.g. 80x24 or 80x25. Add ability to turn on marker that shows where scrollback starts.
