Update InvokeAI to 3.x (ControlNet, SDXL and nodes!)

Besides 2.3.5 (#22), there is even more significant InvokeAI update: 3.x branch, with such a major changes as ControlNet, Stable Diffusion XL, Nodes UI and much more. Currently is [3.1.1](https://github.com/invoke-ai/InvokeAI/releases/tag/v3.1.1). All of these improvement is deserve to be packaged!
