In the READ.me page, in the sentence that reads:

Read what it does in detail: smart-pull

or mark-up:
Read what it does in detail: [smart-pull](http://github-displayer.heroku.com/geelen/git-smart/raw/master/docs/smart-pull.html)

That .html file returns an Application Error.
