Changing the port in the config breaks the "Details" tab

When the default port is changed via the config file, the "Details" tab (which normally displays the sequence of steps within the pipeline) no longer populates with any content. The section is blank.

Otherwise, the pipelines run successfully and the "Results" tab is populated. The only issue appears to be the "Details" tab.
