Hello .when I use the Mitohpc analysis some file, I encounter the following error:

• java -Xms3G -Xmx3G -XX:ParallelGCThreads=1 -jar /home/test1/tools/MitoHPC/java//haplogrep.jar classify --in /home/test1/tools/MitoHPC/examples1/out//sample_A/sample_A.mutect2.vcf --format vcf --out /home/test1/tools/MitoHPC/examples1/out//sample_A/sample_A.mutect2.haplogroup
