Qashqai project: mismatch in info after importing from exported project

Problem: Imported Season 3 source text no longer maps to the correct characters despite using the same character files.

Context: In the Farsi project, Season 3 exports had correct character–text alignment. After importing those exports as source text and reapplying the identical character files, the character assignments mismatch.
