Support excluding matching records

For example:

tax_tree(Lepidoptera, !Nymphalidae)
```

Should return all Lepidoptera, excluding Nymphalidae. Currently, these are sent as separate concurrent requests. Maybe, concurrent requests should be an opt in flag, with default behaviour to lengthen the URL.
