Support tax_name and tax_tree options

This is an extension of #18. There are a bunch of options (@rjchallis where do I find these?) to support, along with wildcards. This might be outside of the scope of the CLI, but worth investigating.

e.g. support:

tax_name(tol_id:*)

@rjchallis just to put this one on your radar again. Outside scope of CLI? Or good to implement? Is there a list of these functions somewhere?
