installing openstreetmap-website

i am trying to install openstreetmap-website in production deployment
so i was following instructions from https://github.com/openstreetmap/openstreetmap-website/blob/master/INSTALL.md

and wanted to mix it with instruction from here ,but i dont know much about docker so i only wanted to follw instruction on how to install phusion passenger ,CGImap
and i see some instructions here https://github.com/geo-data/openstreetmap-website-docker/blob/master/Dockerfile
and here https://github.com/geo-data/openstreetmap-website-docker/blob/master/run.sh

so can you please tell me which page instructions i should follow , if i make it work iam willing to provide the steps in order to update the instructions here.
