Feature request: Split mopad into separate submodules

one for the moment tensor decomposition and such, one for plotting, and one for the command line interface as suggested from @emolch

Okok....just got the original Sebastian-approach from the ZMAW SVN repository: branches 'classic' (one file solution) and 'submodules'. The latter contains the old code version though!! ...I have to check it against the 'classic' one, which was tuned for the e-supp of the publication.

Hope, this is going in the direction of the feature request...??!!
