Hi @John-z1998, here are few things to try. I am curious if one of these solves the isues.

  1. Check whether the file OutputDir/GEOSChem.DefaultCollection.20190701_0000z.nc4 exists in your run directory. Let me know if it does and what its permissions are.
  2. Try a new run with duration 1 hr and set both diagnostic duration and frequency to 1 hr in setCommonRunSettings.sh. Also specify memory in the run script as 90GB. Then run again (no need to recompile) and see if it still has the issue.

Hi @John-z1998, were you able to test out any of the suggestions?

Thank you very much for your advice, OutputDir/GEOSChem.DefaultCollection.20190701_0000z.nc4 exists, its permissions is - rw - r - r -, I now is testing.
