Hi @John-z1998, here are few things to try. I am curious if one of these solves the isues.
Check whether the file OutputDir/GEOSChem.DefaultCollection.20190701_0000z.nc4 exists in your run directory. Let me know if it does and what its permissions are.
Try a new run with duration 1 hr and set both diagnostic duration and frequency to 1 hr in setCommonRunSettings.sh. Also specify memory in the run script as 90GB. Then run again (no need to recompile) and see if it still has the issue.
This issue has been automatically marked as stale because it has not had recent activity. If there are no updates within 7 days it will be closed. You can add the "never stale" tag to prevent the issue from closing this issue.
Thank you very much for your advice, OutputDir/GEOSChem.DefaultCollection.20190701_0000z.nc4 exists, its permissions is - rw - r - r -, I now is testing.
