Sometimes the GetFeatureInfo loading panel is not dismissed #773
Description
This bug has been found in IE11, on maps with many active layers (tested on 12 active layers)
When the GetFeatureInfo tool is active, quickly click on two different points.
Sometimes the "Getting Feature Info..." message does not disappear, even if the popup is displayed.
