Adds three entries under Added for the OMP provider, the model-alias command, and the built-in Anthropic proxy aliases. Adds one entry under Fixed (CLI) for the prototype-pollution guard in resolveAlias. Updates the CLI parity note so users on 0.8.5 know whether they can stay there.
