[Android] Can't switch between Claude, Codex and OpenCode

Whenever I tried to select a model by other tool, it automatically switched back to default Opus of Claude Code. My server has 3 tools installed. Android version is 0.1.43

Getting the same issue in v0.1.48..

Tools (Claude Code, Codex and OpenCode) are all green in settings

same, 0.1.48 android, model is always Opus 4.6, it's not possible to switch (I have Claude, Copilot, OpenCode available providers)
