The ability to queue messages would be very nice.

If the agent is already working and the user sends another message, it shouldn’t go through immediately. Instead, show a simple queue where the user can:

  • See their pending messages
  • Reorder them
  • Click a “steer” action to send one immediately and interrupt the agent

This would make it much easier to manage multiple follow-up requests while the agent is busy.
