[EPIC] Mobile Insights: Queries and Network Requests

We currently have the Network Requests tab enabled for Mobile. We don't show the Queries tab for mobile.

This issue tracks progress towards good/full support for the big 4 Mobile SDKs.

First we need to verify and document the current status of support:
