Document how to custom instrument App Start / Screen Load spans for Mobile Vitals #94
Description
Some customers would like to use the Web Vitals / App Starts Mobile Insights, but are hesitant to want to use auto-instrumentation.
It would be valuable for these customers for us to document (with code samples) how to use custom instrumentation to emit these same span semantics.
