phonetic based input for cantonese, equivalent to pinyin for mandarin (which is in the repo)

Are we allowed to redistribute it?

What kind of user will use this package, and how many users do you think will use this package?

someone will probably tell me that the distro is english based (after all github is by and large in english), or to ell me go to a large distro where the language inputs are covered more thoroughly, i prefer using solus at the moment.

Have you tried Rime? Does Rime not solve your needs?

I'm not strongly opposed to adding it but if we can get away with just using Rime that would be the best scenario.

I haven't tried rime. let me give it a go first.
