KDE Discover "Restart and Install Update" Button Broken on Budgie

Summary

Attempting to restart my computer from KDE Discover does not work.

Steps to reproduce

1. Use Solus Budgie
2. Install updates using KDE Discover (set to apply updates "After rebooting")
3. Press the Restart and Install Update button

Expected result

My computer should restart.

Actual result

Nothing happens

I'm now seeing this on KDE Plasma as well
ETA: Only on my development session, which is caused by a missing symbol

Attempting to restart my computer from KDE Discover does not work.

Can you get system logs from just before to just after you click the Restart and Install Updates button? If there's a missing symbol, that should show up in the logs. Thanks.
