Not receiving digest notifications.

I have configured a trigger to receive notifications via Telegram. Despite this, I am not receiving notifications for digest updates.
They appear correctly in the web GUI, and I can trigger them manually.

My envs:

WUD_TRIGGER_TELEGRAM_1_MODE	batch
WUD_TRIGGER_TELEGRAM_1_ONCE	false
WUD_WATCHER_LOCAL_WATCHALL	true
