Feature Request: Trigger to publish to RSS Feed #931

Howdy,
I do most of my current monitoring for updates on various projects by subscribing to the GitHub Release RSS feed (and/or other feeds offered by the project). I’ve added WUD to get better visibility into updates among my containers, but RSS feeds still reign supreme for a number of non-container projects, and I know I’m not the only person who uses them. Would y’all consider adding an RSS endpoint and a trigger to publish to it?
Alternatives I’ve considered include chaining one of the other triggers offered (likely MQTT) to something else that outputs RSS. I’m not opposed, but I dislike the added dependency on the MQTT broker and as-yet-undetermined translation layer.
