Request to add LICENSE.md

Hi,

Thank you for sharing this code. I have found that the video quality score better represents the quality of call for the application I am working on!

I am interested in copying the code and tweaking some of the constants to better fit my app, but am not sure if you wish to allow this. I see that package.json indicates MIT for the license. Unfortunately, it's ambiguous as to whether or not that means this repo is subject to the MIT license. If your intention is to use the MIT license, would you be willing to add a LICENSE.md file to the repo?
