Trouble installing the lovelace card

Hello,
I'm having trouble installing the Custom Lovelace card. I always have the error message "Custom element doesn't exist: netradio-card", any idea how to solve?

You need to install the plugin in the correct www folder, and activate it in your Lovelace console (Configuration->LovelaceDashboards->Resources -> + -> /local/netradio-card.js and JavaScript Module) if that menu is not available you need to turn on advanced user mode on your profile

Yes I do that... Looking the log i found this

can you check http://192.168.1.90:8123/local/netradio-card.js <http://192.168.1.90:8123/local/netradio-card.js:7:1> and see if it was installe correctly. feels like there is some wrong text in it

Yes installed correctly, when I go http://192.168.1.90:8123/local/netradio-card.js it shows me your file
