configuration problem on embedded profile

I have this problem. I connect 19 printers, 3 a1, 1 p1s and 15 p1s with ams, with automatic configuration and it does not count the waste, but in ha some statuses change. This may be somehow related to the fact that I renamed the printers themselves in ha for convenience (because it is difficult to count 19 printers by serial number) or is it something else?

Hey @vladeg358-boop, thanks for reporting this! 19 printers is an impressive setup.

A few questions to help narrow this down:

1. Has usage tracking ever worked for any of these printers, or has it never counted usage since you set it up?

2. Could you check the Activity Log page in SpoolmanSync? If webhooks are being received (even if they fail to match), they'd show up there. If the log is completely empty, it likely means the automations aren't firing at all.

3. When you renamed the printers in HA, did you change just the friendly name (display name), or did you also change the entity IDs themselves? SpoolmanSync's automations reference entity IDs, so if those changed it would break tracking.

   To help me check, could you go to Developer Tools > Template in HA and paste this, then share the output?

   This will list all your printer entity IDs so I can see if they still match the default ha-bambulab naming pattern (e.g., sensor.p1s_00m09a123456_print_status) or if they've been customized. If this returns nothing, let me know what language your Home Assistant is set to.
