Add gui functionality

Specifically with the windows binary it would be useful to have a gui appear that allows the user to configure the options arguments that would normally have to be passed through the command line, this would be helpful for users who are running the program by double-clicking on the .exe binary

This could also be useful for linux users running the binary in a graphical environment.
