Add configuration option to only hide shifts which have passed

Similar to "Filter out technicians who aren't currently on shift in Schedule Source" this option would read "Filter out technicians who's shifts have already ended" or something to that effect.

This option should be checked and disabled if "Filter out technicians who aren't currently on shift in Schedule Source" is checked.
