For technicians from one station to another, do not use two slots in the notification

As of now, when a technician is transitioning from one station to another, they are accounted both as starting and as ending in the notification.

With this change, the notification should list them as transitioning from one station to another.

I'm not sure how useful this feature would actually be, and it may end up being scrapped.
