Threads not going to top of list

In the original Chat program, when a thread got a new message, it would pop to the top of the thread list. This has not yet been implemented in the new Chat.

Why should this be implemented? Is the old way better than the new way of not moving them?

It made it easier to know when there was a new message in another thread.
