How do you handle monorepos?

For those using Stacklit on monorepos, how is it working for you?

The current approach scans the whole repo and groups by top-level directory. Each service or package gets its own section in the output. But I know some monorepos have deeply nested structures where that top-level split does not make sense.

Would it be more useful to:

• Scan specific subdirectories independently
• Let you define scan roots in a config file
• Auto-detect workspace definitions (package.json workspaces, go.work, etc.)

Would like to hear what actual monorepo setups look like in practice.
