Change "Set manager" to "Names to skip", and allow multiple entries

Currently, CoffeeTime lets you manually set your manager, which would then prevent you from pairing with your manager.

This functionality should be renamed instead to "Names to skip", and allow multiple entities.

I'd recommend porting the tests ( #2 ) before working on this.
