Clean code to run key experiments

Wanted (probably in sci4dl branch)

• Documentation of which files are where
• Movement of bash scripts that send off runs into a dedicated subdirectory outside the FactConv module
• Standard code for running an ensemble experiment

For the batch scripts, you can probably just move them without any changes, or get away with a "cd" command before the python command is run
