App are counted by exposed ports

An example from devka:

kubectl annotate --overwrite svc --namespace nginx nginx-two-ports  wormhole.glothriel.github.com/exposed=yes

That results in log messages such as:

"Received sync from server with 2 apps"

It's nitpicking, but it could be confusing later on since intuition tells me that I expose a single app.

That's another +1 for me to keep all ports of an exposed service within single service.
