Add functionalities in get_modelfit_table() to delete repeated observations

If repeated observations (same subcatchment ID) are present, NAs are introduced in the model fit table. Add functionalities in get_modelfit_table() to delete repeated observations and a warning message informing that repeated observations were present and were deleted.
