Right now the Wifi Password and SSID are set by modifying Wifi Secrets. Other ESP8266 projects have brought up a web page and recorded the information in the ESP8266 flash. That seems like a much more friendly way to go.
This probably means that the focuser will need a user accessible soft reset switch. In the original board design I exposed a 2 pin dupont connector for flashing the firmware. In practice I found that I didn't have to close the wires on the connector to flash, the pull-up resistors seem to have done their job. I think I'll use that connector to trigger a soft reset that will allow users to reset their SSID and Password.
