Whale Bug List

Whales have long been buggy. The following should be fixed ASAP.

- Without methods to defend against parasites, they quickly get full of barnacles.
- Upon death, whales not always sink as intended and will occasionally explode on `sea_surface`.
- Vestigial legs now deprecated; update to fully aquatic form.
- `SLEEP_ANGLE` will eventually drift to `90`
