Airpark doesn't work

I use Airpark space program in khampat, right click on the shortcut key, Airpark does not work. Keyboard shortcut icon without switch display！Would you please tell me the installation or other questions?
The game version is 1.3, and the MOD download is v0.1.6.1.2！
Do I need to download the previous version?

Hi could you post a zipped copy of you KSP .log , If you have installed correctly there should be, in the stock apps launcher in flight scene an Anchor icon, if the anchor is not present i suspect incorrect install .
The correct installation path for Airpark is KSP/GameData/AirPark. No other paths will work
