Physics easing overcomes AirPark

[KSAMissionCtrl]

Repro steps:

1. Load up stock plane (I used Aeris-3) and attach park drive
2. Takeoff and fly
3. AirPark it and cut throttle
4. Return to the Space Center
5. Return to the aircraft

When physics easing kicks in it will be lowered to the ground. This behavior was not present in KSP v1.2.2

I want to let you know that this bug is very useful at keep base safe from kraken, when the physics kicks in the base will be gently placed on the ground

So if you coud somehow keep this "bug" in a future fork I'll be happy

Sorry, I did not want to sound sarcastic... I tried many things also WorldStabilizer, but nothing works well as this mod
