Bottom footer is blocking click access to left navigation list

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to any page in the documentation
2. attempt to scroll down to the end of the navigation list, such as the Reference section

Expected behavior

Should be able to view and click on items in the Reference section.

Thanks for the issue. I don't see the same behavior on my side:

Does it still show up if you hard refresh with Cmd + Shift + R?

Or do you see any JS/CSS console errors in View > Developers > Developer Tools, Console?

Do you see the same behavior in Incognito mode (without extensions)?

I'll keep trying to reproduce.

I can't repro either. Hovering within the table of contents allows me to still scroll all the way down via my mouse wheel/scrollbar
