Exposure notifications Bluetooth interferes with phone calls

Describe the bug
When the exposure notifications and Bluetooth are turned on, callers are unable to hear me.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Turn on exposure notifications
2. Turn on Bluetooth for it
3. Make or answer a phone call (Verizon)
4. Recipient cannot hear you talking
5. Turn off Bluetooth
6. Recipient can hear you

Expected behavior
Exposure notifications Bluetooth should not interfere with phone calls.
