Android: No active daily responses

Participant unable to view surveys. After clicking on the survey, the survey is blank and reads "No active daily responses".
Even though participants submitted the survey previously, the surveys are not recorded.

Tried troubleshooting by asking participant to refresh the survey, but they encounter the following error message when they try to "Refresh Experiments":
