How to embed quiche into Makefile/cmake based projects?

How can I embed quiche into Make/cmake based projects. Is there a tutorial on how to integrate this library into another projects? I am on Linux and want to add http2 and quic functionality in my network server app.

What's the requirements for an embedder?
