Hello, kindly help. I did all that but when I click "Alt + T" doesn't pop up or anything. I also added the application.

Hi, in the existing manifest.json file, I can see that the listener for ALT + T is there, but there is not associated handler with it. So it does nothing.
If you really want to use this shortcut, then you need to edit the file, and add its handling.
Else there is always an option to open from the extensions bar :)

Thank you for replying, I found a way to make it work. You need to go to Developer tools >Tamper > Click the check box on "Block / Reroute Requests". Then it will automatically shows a gui, but the thing here is that it doesn't let me edit the payload of a certain request. Only the headers.

Thanks for the elaborate reply. Now I understand.

The issue is you have installed the V1 of the tamper chrome, which contains the extension and the application.
But I have installed V2 of tamper chrome, which is called as temper dev.

In V2, it does not have the tamper tab in devtools.

V2 enables you to edit headers, so I suggest you to install V2 as well.
