Remove duplicate workspace dependencies

Sometimes we use the same workspace dependency twice, with an aliased name or something. It would be simpler if they all passed.

When this is fixed, we would be set this snippet in a `deny.toml` file:

```toml
[bans.workspace-dependencies]
duplicates = "deny"
```
