Unable to Increase Quota for aiplatform.googleapis.com/generate_content_requests_per_minute_per_project_per_base_model on Vertex AI Model imagen-3.0-generate

Hi, I’m encountering an issue with the Vertex AI API when using the imagen-3.0-generate model. I keep receiving the following error message:

GoogleApiError: Quota exceeded for aiplatform.googleapis.com/generate_content_requests_per_minute_per_project_per_base_model with base model: imagen-3.0-generate.

I attempted to increase the quota for generate_content_requests_per_minute_per_project_per_base_model, but it seems that this quota for the imagen-3.0-generate model is not available to request an increase in the Google Cloud Console.

Steps I’ve Taken:

1. Checked my current quota usage in IAM & Admin > Quotas on Google Cloud Console.
2. Looked for the option to request a quota increase for aiplatform.googleapis.com/generate_content_requests_per_minute_per_project_per_base_model, but it appears unavailable for the specific imagen-3.0-generate model.

Questions:

1. Is there a way to increase this specific quota for imagen-3.0-generate?
2. Are there alternative steps I can take to resolve this limitation, such as contacting support for a manual increase or using a different model?
