Cancelling Long Term Time Lapse

I have a GoPro Hero10 and I have successfully ran one long term time lapse, however, I wandered how to cancel a time lapse once the QR code has been scanned.

That depend on the script. Some script include a way to cancel, others don't. Just eject the SD Card, power on, as the script is on the SD, it will not continue. Then add back the SD.

But if I power on the GoPro with SD card in again will it then run the script again?

ok - so it becomes a permanent action within the GoPro as long as it remains on the SD Card - So I need to delete the script from the SD Card manually.

No, just eject the SD Card, and boot the camera. Add the SD card, with the camera on; the script will be canceled.
