HERO13 Black - set custom Photo Interval with Labs

Hi there,
I'm trying to set a specific interval (like 7s or 18s) in Photo Mode on my HERO13 Black (Labs firmware v2.10.70) (it's for a scientific deployment, it has be precise interval)

Is there a way to force a non-standard interval (like 7s or 18s) in Photo mode, or is the firmware strictly limited to the UI presets?
I know I can set standard 1s intervals and then sort the photos later but it's causing overheating, battery lost and storage issues for my specific use case.

You can't have precise non-standard intervals. You can have approximate non-standard intervals.

Try command like
mP!S!6N!R

For 18s

mP!S!9N!9N!R

For sleep command longer than 9s the camera can shutdown.

Thanks! The loop is working, and even if the interval is slightly less accurate than a native preset, it's kind of fits my needs.

However, I'm concerned about power consumption. Since the camera stays active triggers with a continuous script loop, will this drain the battery or generate more heat compared to a 'standard' Photo Mode interval? If you have an opinion on that
