Scrollwheel makes the map jump to the wrong place

When you zoom in with the scrollwheel, the map recentres so that wherever you scrolled becomes the new map centre. However, the mouse pointer stays where it was so the next click of the scroll wheel makes the map jump somewhere totally different.
