Keep getting this error trying to call any function on this gem

Interesting. What does sonos devices return?

Returns this every time. Network is very simple, on same wifi as sonos. Can't figure it out.

Same here. I'm investigating making sure the bundle is updated

Just pushed version 0.3.3 to Ruby Gems. Can you confirm that this is still happening? It all works fine on any networks I have access to.

Yep, it works now.

EDIT:
I take that back, it's in and out. I wonder if something is holding a socket open?

In my network I have several other types of uPnP devices (like the Philips Hue) and what is happening is that sometimes the bridge for the Hue or another device responds to the multicast request. Then when the code goes to open the connection to get the topology, it will end up getting rejected, the error happens, etc.. What I am doing right now in my app is just to catch the errors and retry until I get an actual Sonos device on the other end.

I got the same error (on 0.3.6) but that was because the Sonos app was running in the background.
