Issue when recording a game

When recording the HPS1x64 window as it is playing a game, I see that the video quality isn't good. Please consider improving it.

Also, it is showing the game at a speed faster than it is being played at.

In Windows 7, the quality is fine. So its a Windows 10 issue since it is using a theme. Windows 7 allows the use of no theme (which they call doing so a Classic Theme).

It turns out that 500 milliseconds is too high of a default resolution timer (which equates to 500 fps). That option should be removed and replaced with it automatically detecting the FPS of the window and using that instead of a user having to manually enter in the proper millisecond value.
